How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Cancellation must be performed via your Apple ID or Google Account, not through the HeXaGoal app - Apple and Google require this:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → HeXaGoal → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HeXaGoal → Cancel subscription
After cancellation, your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then ends.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by HeXaGoal:
- iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: play.google.com → Account → Order history → Request a refund
Email us at support@hexagoal.app if you'd like us to contact Apple/Google on your behalf.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@hexagoal.app from the email address associated with your account. We'll delete your data within 30 days, with the exception of records we're required to retain by law (subscription receipts for tax - see Privacy Policy §6).
Are predictions betting advice?
No. HeXaGoal is not a betting platform, not a bookmaker partner, and not financial advice. Predictions are statistical estimates based on historical data; the future is uncertain and any specific match can produce an outcome the model considered improbable.
Any decision you make based on information from HeXaGoal - including any decision involving real money - is your own decision, taken at your own risk.
My prediction shows "Prediction pending" - what does that mean?
"Prediction pending" means we haven't yet produced a calibrated prediction for that match. This typically happens for matches in leagues we don't yet have enough data on, or for matches scheduled outside the data-refresh window. We add leagues progressively based on data quality and demand.
Does HeXaGoal sell or share my data?
No. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We never share your data with advertisers. Full details in our Privacy Policy §5.
